Questions about a loan, payment or account

Use the legal name, phone number, website and servicing information in the provider’s agreement or account portal. That provider controls payment dates, payoff amounts, automatic debits, hardship options and account records.

Questions about a credit decision

Only the provider that reviewed an application can explain its underwriting or decision process. LendingClub does not approve or decline credit.

Privacy questions

Start with the Privacy Policy, Data Collection Notice and Your Privacy Choices. Values entered in LendingClub calculators stay in your browser and are not sent to a LendingClub loan application.

Security or suspicious messages

Do not send passwords, bank credentials or one-time codes to an unknown sender. Review Security & Scam Prevention and verify the provider independently before sharing sensitive information.3

Complaints and regulatory escalation

For a provider dispute, keep copies of agreements, payment records and messages, then follow the steps on Complaints & Provider Escalation. That page explains when a state regulator or the CFPB may be relevant.1

Accessibility

For information about keyboard access, focus treatment, responsive layouts and reduced-motion support, see Accessibility.

Further checks for this decision

For an automatic-debit problem, promptly contact the company and your bank; stopping payment does not cancel an outstanding loan.2

A provider's designated privacy-request method may differ from its ordinary customer service address.4
