Terms for using LendingClub

These terms cover the website’s information, calculators, comparison tools and links to third-party providers.

LendingClub provides independent decision support and planning tools. We are not a lender and do not make credit decisions.

These Terms govern use of the LendingClub website and its informational calculators, comparison tools and decision guides.

Decision support, not a credit offer

LendingClub does not issue credit, approve or deny applications, set a provider’s APR or fees, service loan accounts or accept loan payments. Calculator results and examples are informational estimates, not offers or approvals.

External providers

Any transaction you enter into with a third-party provider is governed by that provider’s disclosures and agreement. Review the legal provider name, rates, fees, payment dates, state availability and privacy terms before continuing.

Accuracy and changes

Financial rules, provider terms and availability can change. The site may update or correct content without preserving an earlier version on the public page. Verify time-sensitive terms with the provider or regulator before relying on them.

Calculator assumptions

Results depend on the inputs and assumptions shown with each tool. Rounding, fees, payment timing and provider-specific calculations can produce different actual results.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code or use the site to impersonate another person or business.

Intellectual property

Site design, original text, graphics and code are protected to the extent provided by applicable law. Third-party sources, trademarks and linked materials remain the property of their respective owners.

No warranty of availability

The website may be unavailable or changed from time to time. Nothing on the site guarantees that a provider will offer credit, that a user will qualify, or that a displayed example will match an actual transaction.
